Cycllum

Solution

Cycllum is an app for swapping things between people in Kazakhstan: no selling, no haggling. Users post their item and like other people's items, and when the interest turns out to be mutual, a chat opens to arrange the swap. People needed to quickly understand how such a swap works, how it differs from a classifieds board and how much it costs. We built a mobile app for iOS and Android and a website that explain the mechanics from the first screen — four steps from posting a listing to the swap, a feed with filters by category, city and price, a chat for every match, a safe deal with 72 hours to confirm and an interface in Russian and Kazakh
